Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential, and we will not sell or disclose it to third parties or reuse it without your permission. The information you provide to us through this site will be held with care, and we will not use it in ways that you have not consented to.

Cancellation Refund Policy

We will honor refunds (minus the $5 transaction fees*) for orders canceled by contacting us through this website's Contact Us form with your refund/cancellation request at least 30 days in advance of the event (by Sept. 12, 2024). Refunds will not be given for requests/cancellations or non-attendance after 11:59 p.m. eastern time Sept. 12, 2024.
*For example, the refund for a $199 ticket will total $194. Payment-processor's transaction fees are not refundable.
